Mobile Touchwood (touchwood.produsa.app) is a brand of Boit Technologies. This policy explains what we collect when you shop with us.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, mobile number, delivery address and optional note, plus what you ordered and the amount.
- Payment records: the Razorpay order and payment IDs and the payment method type. We never receive your card, UPI PIN or bank details; Razorpay processes them.
- Your bag: stored only in your own browser (localStorage) until you check out.
Why we use it
Only to make and deliver your order, send order and shipping emails, handle cancellations, returns and refunds, and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Razorpay, to process your payment.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and stores order records.
- Resend, which sends our emails.
- Our workshop and courier partners, who receive only what they need to make and deliver your piece (your name, address and mobile number).
Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, returns, and tax and accounting law. Unpaid checkouts are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data by emailing admin@boitclub.com, subject to records we must keep by law.
